ARTICLE 1. FIRE LIMITS

 

4-101. FIRE LIMITS ESTABLISHED. The following shall be and are hereby declared to be the fire limits of the city:

All of Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 32, 33, 38, 39, 46, 47, 51, 52, 61 and 62, all in the Original Townsite of the City of Eureka, Kansas; all of Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 in Tucker's

Addition to the City of Eureka, Kansas; all of Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4 of S.M. Bigg's Addition to the City of Eureka, Kansas; all of Blocks 1, 2 and 3 of J. D. Bigg's Addition to the City of Eureka, Kansas; all of Blocks 7, 8, 21 and

22 of Bitler's Addition to the city of Eureka, Kansas; all of Blocks 7, 8, and 21 of Bitler's Second Addition to the

City of Eureka, Kansas; all that portion of the City of Eureka, Kansas, lying east of Jefferson Street from the

center of River Street to 300 feet north of the center of River Street; all that portion of the City of Eureka, Kansas, lying between the east edge of Block 1 of J. D. Bigg's Addition to the City of Eureka, Kansas, and the west line of east Brook Addition to the City of Eureka, Kansas from the center of River Street to 300 feet south of the center of River Street; all of the north 210 feet of Block 1, east Brook Addition to the City of Eureka, Kansas; all of Blocks 3 and 6 of east Brook Addition to the City of Eureka, Kansas; all that portion of the City of Eureka, Kansas, lying between the east line of east Brook Addition to the City of Eureka, Kansas, to the east city corporate line between the center of River Street and 280 feet south of the center of River Street.
